Really enjoyed this site - I am an old timer and most of these names elude me BUT it is very interesting to learn more about local drivers and tracks. Was always a die-hard USAC open wheel fan and even tho the driver I worked with the most, drove a stock car to a National USAC championship I never traveled with that team - always teased them that I didn't like taxi-cabs. Those thoughts now have come back to haunt me - thru friends from the 1960-1970 era was led onto the career of Tony Raines - now in a stock car in NASCAR - live and learn. So again I say, "Great website" and a great learning experience for this old lady.

Dear Dick,I am just a regular old guy (62) that used to go to Hatfield a lot. Did 4 years in the Navy and spent almost 25 years going to Flemington. Iloved that place. I just stopped going to races when it closed. I met you a short time ago at the Sanatoga gathering. You and Freddie Adam both look great. I missed Mose Moore. I hope to start going to more of these things and maybe a race or two at Grandview or Mahoning. I hope you guys are around for many more years. Best regaards, Doug Hoose

It brings back a lot of memories. There are a lot of names of drivers who have been forgotten.
